Ah. It's worse than I thought. The name of the music collection is not a real word. Instead of synesthesia (a real word), it is synthesthesia (synth-esthesia).

The nerve! They took a hard word and made it harder. Really, to pronounce synth-esthesia you need to think of it with a hyphen, as it is *really* a hyphenated word whether or not you want to spell it that way.
