	8:52pm OsakaJon: for Tonkotsu style (as shown in tampopo) they use pork bones and get a mily white stock. there is also salt style, soy sauce style and other regional variations such as Hokkaido that uses miso and butter and kyushu style with is spicy with red chiles.

	8:52pm OsakaJon: for Tonkotsu style (as shown in tampopo) they use pork bones and get a mily white stock. there is also salt style, soy sauce style and other regional variations such as Hokkaido that uses miso and butter and kyushu style with is spicy with red chiles.
