The major contributors on the 1970s rock records that don’t get enough attention are the singing group The Blackberries which consisted of Venetta Fields, Clydie King and Sherlie Matthews, who are all heard on this Steely Dan song. Not even a mention in “Twenty Feet From Stardom”

Piedmont Piano Co., which was once in Piedmont, a well-to-do area carved out of Oakland, is now in Oakland proper. It's a piano store, and so the shows feature on of the pianos; all the others occupy the space beyond the folding chairs for the audience.
