Tilda Swinton has been all engrossing in most of the films I’ve seen her in. Since I initially noticed her in Jarman’s films & Orlando (wow !) Thru Female Perversions (double wow), yea I Am Love (love that Italian directors work !), We Need to Talk abt Kevin, A Bigger Splash, The Souvenir 1&2, Memoria (yes!), don’t sleep on The Eternal Daughter. I Particularly feel 3,000 years of Longing is one of the most under appreciated fantastical big budget film made last year. I was floored by it ! (& I don’t even particularly like fantasy type films).

“M” (at the end of wikipage) : —->
In 2003, M was adapted for radio by Peter Straughan and broadcast on BBC Radio 3 on 2 February, later re-broadcast on BBC Radio 4 Extra on 8 October 2016.[56] Directed by Toby Swift, this drama won the Prix Italia for Adapted Drama in 2004.[57]

Writer Jon J. Muth adapted the screenplay into a four-part comic book series in 1990, which was reissued as a graphic novel in 2008.[58]

In 2019, a six-episode Austrian-German TV-series was released titled "M — A City Hunts a Murderer".[59]

I realize it’s not as classic & brilliant as Fritz Lang’s version of “M” (recently attended a public screening in small Arthouse auditorium). Yet I quite like the 1951 “Freudian/Hitchcockian” version = directed by brilliant & under appreciated & fellow blacklisted exile Joseph Losey ! (his “The Boy w/Green Hair” 1948 is still jaw-dropping and viscerally fresh to this day !).
Anyway, I digress. Try the ultra creepy J. Losey version of “M”.

Thanks for the show tonight Fox. I enjoyed it except for the 2-3 minutes of the baby whale stuff. Have a good night!

I just watched On The Town, the movie, on an Air France flight where they were showing it for some reason. The female leads were fantastic all the way through in the movie too. They carried that movie all the way across the boroughs.
