	2:17pm coelacanth∅: ↳ rw @1:52 i meant to direct this to you. you MUST be seen in public! ...part of my motivation to cut my hair then...i didn't want to conform to the punk fashion while i was in a "punk" band but i was no longer in one; and my housemate and i were throwing a party that night, but it was mostly his friends, most of whom i considered completely full of shit poseurs... so i was attempting to alienate myself from them...basically "this is my house and if my appearance bothers you then get the Fuck out!" but instead, the "ridiculously hot" female frontperson in my housemate's band flirted with me. i'd been in her company many times but she didn't recognize me, even face-to-face! (then we talked for a long time but i didn't think i wanted to be with someone who would so completely dis me a week before)

	2:17pm coelacanth∅: ↳ rw @1:52 i meant to direct this to you. you MUST be seen in public! ...part of my motivation to cut my hair then...i didn't want to conform to the punk fashion while i was in a "punk" band but i was no longer in one; and my housemate and i were throwing a party that night, but it was mostly his friends, most of whom i considered completely full of shit poseurs... so i was attempting to alienate myself from them...basically "this is my house and if my appearance bothers you then get the Fuck out!" but instead, the "ridiculously hot" female frontperson in my housemate's band flirted with me. i'd been in her company many times but she didn't recognize me, even face-to-face! (then we talked for a long time but i didn't think i wanted to be with someone who would so completely dis me a week before)
