That (rhythm, and bass) part of "Leningrad Xpress" does bear some resemblance to a slower Simpsons theme, like the alternate arrangement closing credits. Like the intro rhythm, and the "reprise" of the intro chords in the middle before heading towards the coda.
(Apply my musical terminology figuratively, not literally. I mostly learned music theory pieced together from the back of sugar packets.)

@mariano: Hmm, interesting motive. Unusual for them to have a guest lead vocal, must've been a reason like that, and Roy could deliver the effect needed.

No major weekday changes, but interesting that Bad Animals is now a Monday night affair. And TSP exiled to the early Saturday morning hours! (At least the kids can get an international music education now).

Always a little let down certain Programs don't Come Back I'd like to see ...but also know that Scheduling is more often than not about the DJ's situations as they are Management decisions ...tho not always. & tagged onto that - the observation I wouldn't want the Job of Scheduling...

As it turns out I do schedule jobs/assignments to other workers at my job. It's tricky, and requires a big personal component to it - knowing people personally, how they do things and how they've done things in the past. *Who* can do *which* of these assignments, and can they do it by *time*? I treat it like an integrated system, it needs all components to keep going.
