Musical theater from off the beaten path. Obscure and unusual show tunes from within the canon and without, flops, failures, and the newest works from up-and-coming artists—plus tried-and-true hits. Also, occasional appearances from songs that are not show tunes (but only if they go really well with show tunes).

Saw a stage production of "Dracula" (don't remember if it was a musical) which was so bad audience was LOL and not in a good way. Culprit? The "Walnut Street Theatre" in Philly.

Went to see Sondheim's last show (actually half show, he passed away before it was completed), Here We Are. Kinda creepy, up in the air plot, (MsJazz liked ot more than I did). Sondheim's songs only in the 1st half. Got Rush tix, ok at a discount, but definitely wouldn't recommended paying full price for it (full price for tix has gotten insane).

FYI, Tarrytown is actually *next to* Sleepy Hollow, which used to be called North Tarrytown, until the GM plant closed, and they realized they had to take advantage of the Sleepy Hollow name to get a little more business in town. Both are nice places; I lived in Tarrytown for a couple of years.

There may be a way for her to mute the computer mike and still stream, but instead of figuring that out, soon the fairy godmother, I mean, Branwyn's mom, will arrive to set up her up with mike and mixer and all.

Irving Berlin also did At the Devil's Ball in 1913. I think he was, been there, done that about Halloween.

Thinking about the Halloween theme and all, Bronwyn, we played that completely wrong. Should have been all, "what typing sound, @ironybread". I don't hear anything like that do you? An others answer, huh, typing sound? Don't think so, let me listen. No, no, don't hear anything like that at all.
