Discotech Underground is actually two...two...two shows in one!

The first half is a "Happy Hour" of sorts (because it's five o'clock somewhere, right?), spinning the kinds of sounds you might have heard at a real, authentic 1960's DISCOTECH as cool cats and swingin' chicks danced the night away in their mod threads and mini skirts to hard-driving sounds under the flashing lights! The only thing missing are the cage dancers...but we're working on it!

The second half is for when you head home after a wild night, and ease in with the heady, trippy, mind-expanding sounds of a groovy free-form UNDERGROUND rock radio station that digs deep into their library and blows your mind all over again!

I used to have one of those red sparkly padded Kustom bass amps long ago...with a 60's era Gibson EB-3! You must have red sparkles in order to get that sound!

I miss it dearly. The guitar was stolen during an apartment burglary when I lived in New Orleans. The amp was at the practice building so it didn't get swiped but the Gibson, another guitar and my stereo all got swiped. I ended up selling the amp and using the money to move back to Michigan. I was pretty disgusted with the place by then. I do miss that set up, though. It was one of the best ones I've ever used.

Sheesh! I had one of my basses stolen, but it was partly my fault as I shouldn't have left it in my girlfriends car!

My apartment was robbed in Brooklyn years ago, but thankfully they left all the music releated stuff/ Just swiped my computer and $100 worth of gig money that my band at the time earned the night before.

Hi Bri. Yeah, it wasn't great, but it's sort of a right of passage for NYC living. Better my apartment getting robbed than getting mugged on the street.

The city isn't really that dangerous in most places but the neighborhood I was living at the time wasn't so hot.
