Then realized you might be on this morningโฆkind of nice to lose track of the days, with the kids off from school and all of us just sort of decompressing from the demands of regimented life and flu season.
Weโre not much for the commodified holiday stuff here, trying to show the kids another way. So your show now is the perfect salve.
Thanks Joe!

Can you imagine a school bus driver today filling the air of his bus full of children with smoke?
Just made me recall something I hadnโt thought of in years. That my bus driver in Jr High referred to the young girls we were chasing as โlittle chippies.โ

But both my parents did growing up. Until I complained about it on a long trip to FLA. Which led to my Dad quitting cold turkey. Mom had already quit.
Pipe smoke, especially scented, has always been a pleasant smell to me. Cigarettes and cigars on the contrary are awful.
Ironically, Iโm in the middle of reading Fidel Castro: My Life (a spoken autobiography). Ironic how cigar smoking had been taken up by corporate criminals in clubhouses when it had always been, along with obligatory guerrilla beard, the iconic facial fixture of Cuban revolutionaries!

It can be done!
But not if all elections are locked up in legalized bribery, as they are here.
And you say, all we tenants, you want a (donโt want a Socialist) Revolution?
Life would immediately become better once the boot of the Capitalist economy would be removed from our collective necks!
At some point soon one has to wonder how long this nightmare of prolonged precarity in America can go onโฆ
