That's terrible mate, our nervous system can be our own worst enemy. When it's not busy saving out lives. I've been walking woujnded since before xmas,,, thanks to a mate administering a surprise reverse suplex crush & lift. He's a big guy who was was drunk & stoned, & I was relaxed at the bar in Trash Cult totally unprepared for it. & I will be 57 in Feb. So fuck that boy's bonding shit! Never been my thing. anything with the ribs sucks! like the only thing that can be done is wrapping around them -- and i do not even know if that helps

i had gone to the ER, when finally able to see the regular doctor, he prescribed "meloxicam" and a "capsaicin topical analgesic" -- they seem to be helping? are you taking anything for the pain? or any exercises helping? (Yoga helps with this, but finding the time to do that is another story!)
