I am chiming in way late but MT-B's first solo album really didn't generate a ton of fanfare at the time and that was a damn shame. Some excellent songs on there.
I liked Quixotic, the original UK release, better than Anything - the re-sequenced latter version for US release didn't hold together as well for me.

one of the more creative ways to create new oyster beds is to just not thoroughly clean up in the deeper parts of water when old bridges are demolished. Oysters! I love 'em. Raw, smoked, stewed, chowdered, fried, pickled, you name it. Favorite sauce: mignonette.

ya, I agree. As much as I complain about their dwindling population I hypocritically wolf them down. When I was snowbirding in the FL panhandle, I made a pilgrimage to Apalachicola before heading home. Not that FL oysters are any good by local comparisons, but they were as good as you can get down there.

As far as I know, oysters were never threatened by overharvesting, but rather by pollution and climate change.

over-harvesting in the Chesapeake was a big contributor. In the late 1800s they were pulling about 4 billion oysters a year from the beds
