When I was old enough to drive I drove to Windsor and coming back they kept asking if I had "anything to declare". I didn't know what that ment. And most people brought back shopping goods. I only went to Chinatown and ate. They kept checking my car for goods. They didn't believe I wasn't a capitalistic consumer. They even put those mirrors under my vehicle.
