HI JILL! Thank you! So Good - the mole is a little ghetto the way I prepped it as I used a can of tomato sauce and some quick spices to blend with the guajilla and ancho chiles I boiled down with the juices from the slow cooked pork as a base and of course used the mexican Abuelita's chocolate to give the sweet touch
