Every time he said "Wrsp your troubles in dreams" my mind automatically completed the phrase with Bing Crosby singing "...and dream your troubles away!" It was strange and jarring

Awww. Too bad about the movie, but I'll probably watch it anyway. I remember a decent documentary that looked at the 'open' nature of his relationships. Several wives (I think) were not super concerned when interviewed. Didn't really come to a judgement.

Mental health is a very real thing and deserves to be addressed by medical knowledge. Its not difficult to get a basic psychological screening (usually a multi-choice 'test' that takes 5-15 minutes to get through. Most general practitioners could probably hook you up or refer you.

Full disclosure: I work PR for a midwestern nonprofit mental health provider. Definitely not a doctor or counselor.

That's kind of you, SteveI . I'm always impressed how the WFMU comments board is so often full of strangers helping strangers.

What Therese said really resonated because I often find I have to start one task in order to get working on some other, totally unrelated task. Maybe it would be nice to be able to get things done instead of five million half done things
