MORRICONE ISLAND is a weekly film and television soundtrack radio program on WFMU hosted by Devon E. Levins. The show was conceived in 2007 and transitioned over to WFMU in 2014. THE MORRICONE ISLAND INTERVIEWS podcast features the in-depth conversations with film and television music composers and the related soundtrack industry and fan community.

South Korean composer and guitarist Byeong Woo Lee discusses his upcoming NYC debut concert at Town Hall on April 20 consisting of a guitar performance followed by a live film score of Bong Joon Ho's 2009 "Mother." Lee has scored 20+ films, including many of Korea's most beloved and highest grossing (The Host and A Tale of Two Sisters). Lee's mentor and Johns Hopkins University Peabody Conservatory guitar department chair Julian Gray joins the discussion.
