	10:22pm northguineahills: ok, once upon a time, I thought I was minimal and cutting edge, and went by the name, vertical line 'l'. One day, I woke up and realized it very pretentious. and decided to create a ridiculous dj name that was also 'creative'.
	10:23pm northguineahills: so, being from the South (US), and hating it, I wanted to convey the opposite, so, 'North'.
	10:25pm northguineahills: being the geography dork i am, i went for 'Guinea', as it conveyed the exotic in the British and French Empires since the 16th c (the west african guineas, the ne south african guineas, the currency, and the rodents).

	11:31pm coelacanth∅: but freeform and favorite are 2 entirely different questions. some of my favorite shows are not very freeform; and some freeform shows are typically only ~1/3 good. but regarding freeform - in the narrowest definition the drummer stream alone has at least 10 freeform shows/week, typically, by 10 different freeform show hosts. by narrow i mean usually every show is freeform. then there are many show hosts that are freeform, but their shows are usually not. -like Gary Sullivan...he might play practically every "genre" or style of music; but not within 1 program, because they're usually themed. so the shows are not freeform, even though the host is.
