The worse is that Greyhound offered no assistance or admission that they sold us tickets to a bus run that did not exist. Best they would offer is telling us to go the their web page and file a request for a ticket refund.

	👻 6:24pm WR: Greyhound has non-existent customer service. We could find nothing on their website. No chat, no phone number. The pickup location was a Trailways bus station. It was closed but there was an 800 number on the window. We called that and the person apologized and said that Greyhound had sold us tickets to a bus run that did not exist. Told us we needed to call Greyhound for assistance. We said we had been looking and could not find any number. The person put us on hold for a moment and came back with a number for us. We then spent a useless frustrating half hour on the phone with Greyhound until they finally hung up on us. We knew then we were on our own to figure out how to get back home.
