I do have some slow cooked pork that was cooked in garlic salt, garlic, ginger, pepper, salt, root beer - I am going to fry some up and have some carnitas tacos with lettuce, smashed avocado (guacamole) and green chile salsa

Beneath the Underground chicken: Coat chicken tenders with biscuit mix. Fry in butter or oil about 5 minutes each side. Take most of the tenders out but leave a few in the pan. Pour in lots of lemon juice. Cook til the sauce starts to thicken. Take out the rest of the tenders. Add some wine or spirits. When the sauce thickens. Plate the chicken. Pour over the tenders. String beans are a good side!

There recently was a huge article about John Bon Jovi and him doing everything under the sun to maintain his voice and having major problems. After living a whole clean life of no smoking, drugs or drinking, not even coffee. All those years. Here’s our lovely laurie talking about Debbie and all her breathing and perfection. It is such a deep topic: to stick around and not die surely ain’t for the faint of heart.
