	6:05pm PJ (aka yerfriendpaul): A little backstory on the name of the show for anyone interested: In college my good friend Rafael worked late night shifts at Connecticut Public Radio and he’d invite us to hang out and record in the side studio. As a young kid, I contemplated changing my name to PJ because I was bored with Paul - so, I pulled from that memory and made it my DJ name. We’d record my (fake) radio show in the studio and I’d transfer the show onto cassette tapes and give them out to my friends. So, I’m so excited to be able to bring PJ back to life on the best radio station on the planet!!! Another quick story about the PJ theme music: I credit my ex girlfriend Paula (yes, Paul and Paula) with giving me the Chet Baker CD “Albert’s House” as a gift - and though I was a big fan of Chet Baker, I listened and thought the record sounded a little sluggish and cheesy. Regrettably, I said something to that effect. I remember she wasn’t happy with my reaction and she took it personally. If you’re out there Paula - I’m sorry! Subsequently, it turned out to be the perfect theme/bed music for Time Out With PJ. I’ve grown to love the record now for it’s weird and spacey feel. What can I say? I’m a monster.

Kenny generously gifts me records via the mail and I am eternally grateful. I was lucky enough to have Kenny as the engineer/producer/foley artist for Time Out With PJ in my college radio show cassette days. He’s the best! This tune and recording hits me a such a special way. The first time I heard it, I was working/listening late at night and I had to pause and play it multiple times.

	6:05pm PJ (aka yerfriendpaul): A little backstory on the name of the show for anyone interested: In college my good friend Rafael worked late night shifts at Connecticut Public Radio and he’d invite us to hang out and record in the side studio. As a young kid, I contemplated changing my name to PJ because I was bored with Paul - so, I pulled from that memory and made it my DJ name. We’d record my (fake) radio show in the studio and I’d transfer the show onto cassette tapes and give them out to my friends. So, I’m so excited to be able to bring PJ back to life on the best radio station on the planet!!! Another quick story about the PJ theme music: I credit my ex girlfriend Paula (yes, Paul and Paula) with giving me the Chet Baker CD “Albert’s House” as a gift - and though I was a big fan of Chet Baker, I listened and thought the record sounded a little sluggish and cheesy. Regrettably, I said something to that effect. I remember she wasn’t happy with my reaction and she took it personally. If you’re out there Paula - I’m sorry! Subsequently, it turned out to be the perfect theme/bed music for Time Out With PJ. I’ve grown to love the record now for it’s weird and spacey feel. What can I say? I’m a monster.

Kenny generously gifts me records via the mail and I am eternally grateful. I was lucky enough to have Kenny as the engineer/producer/foley artist for Time Out With PJ in my college radio show cassette days. He’s the best! This tune and recording hits me a such a special way. The first time I heard it, I was working/listening late at night and I had to pause and play it multiple times.
