Another quick story about the PJ theme music: I credit my ex girlfriend Paula (yes, Paul and Paula) with giving me the Chet Baker CD “Albert’s House” as a gift - and though I was a big fan of Chet Baker, I listened and thought the record sounded a little sluggish and cheesy. Regrettably, I said something to that effect. I remember she wasn’t happy with my reaction and she took it personally. If you’re out there Paula - I’m sorry! Subsequently, it turned out to be the perfect theme/bed music for Time Out With PJ. I’ve grown to love the record now for it’s weird and spacey feel. What can I say? I’m a monster.
