Never talked to anyone actually got it in sugarcubes before blotters & tabs became ubiquitous. I did have it in a visine bottle dissolved in water - pure, potent, controllable dosage ! So that happens too... There's a story a guy was repairing a synth - was it in SF from the 1970s ? & he opens it up - & there's been LSD crystals dried there all this time - & he got hella high contacting it... Tho otherwise sunlight & fluoridated water will denature acid rapidly...

Durable canvas material and fairly cool looking...I think. More of a going out shoe than a work or running shoe though. I think mine is adidas court v 3.0

I think it was a stash of pure liquid LSD which he had procured from Owsley and transported through film lenses that were part of the gear at Monterey Pop festival. I could be wrong on the details but I think they actually found and dug up Lennon's bag. It was online years ago, I have to check if it's still available. I wonder if there are still any original capsules of Orange Sunshine stashed away in various houses across the US which the grandkids would have no idea what it is or was.

I'm sure he tried writing others before, it would be interesting to check. Cry For A Shadow is a GREAT instrumental, I've been playing that a lot recently.

There was a music shop in Boston that had a bunch of them, some I think in the original boxes from the 50's. But it wasn't as common for jazz players as just buying a Gibson or a D'Angelico electric guitar. Gabor had a great guitar tone

After she passed I would still try to watch when I could to see Neal LeVang and Buddy Merrill play guitar. Good memories.
