HEY MUSICIANS! Here is the recently released song The Meanest Girl by Don McLean. We invite you to record your own cover version - in any style you choose - and submit it to ken at wfmu dot org by Tuesday, July 23rd at 5pm. Send your cover to, as any of the following files: MP3, WAVE, AIFF, FLAC.

On next week's show, we'll play the 8 or 9 best submissions. Our guest judge: Patrisha McLean, the subject of the song! Ms. McLean will select her favorite version. The winner will receive a true collector's item: the only vinyl copy of "American Pie" in existence with what Andy claims is the correct writer's credit for the title song.
