(To be clear, we hired our nanny via a local co-op, paid her well, and insisted on doing everything above-board. Thus, we paid her disability, her SSA, etc. And because she would have withholding each paycheck, we increased her hourly to account for it. All on a librarian's wage.)

(To be clear, we hired our nanny via a local co-op, paid her well, and insisted on doing everything above-board. Thus, we paid her disability, her SSA, etc. And because she would have withholding each paycheck, we increased her hourly to account for it. All on a librarian's wage.)
