Hi, all. What happened yesterday, and what might be happening now is the system was stuck. John had to go in and shut down both the broadcaster and Barno’s BUTT connection. He rebooted it all up and it started again. So hopefully that’s what he’s doing now.

This is the first I am learning of Arthur S. Alberts. He did significant field work. His perspective is not too dated. His music choices are top notch.

I am guessing that Bill Brower (sp?) was the professional presenter of a script based on information from Alberts. Am very interested in the history of those presenting history.

There's a show sort of like this on the BBC, called, "The Radio 3 Documentary." Really well produced, it's often about music, but also, about literature and other parts of culture. Beautifully edited, wonderful presenters. It's been a while since I heard a new one, but I love the ones they've made already.
