Yes, Chresti, valid exercise, say I.

I've been trying to convince myself that I am fulfilling recommendation of doctorjazz and my son of doing yoga exercises by wiggling my toes to check if they all have feeling before I get out of bed. I follow that with a few shrugs of the shoulders and neck rotations to see if my head can tell that it is attached to the body.
