This reminds me of the McCartney "Band On The Run" stripped down release that removed all of Visconti's string arrangements and whatnot. Interesting to hear but not as good as the released versions.

I never heard that demo before! Very cool. And the trading off on lead vocals is what made the Bangles' version a classic, when Susanna Hoffs comes in at the end with her line, it takes the song to another level. Genius production decision, right there. Just like Prince with 1999 and the triple lead vocals.
