	4:11am Spatulator (formerly elwyn5150): I missed most of that conversation about hitchhikers. I've never picked one up nor been one. I have had some very painful experiences with passengers - people I knew socially not customers: 1) it was a short trip because our homes were close. I had a new Yo La Tengo or Cat Power CD I wanted to listen to and she turned it down to play Sam Tsui's YouTube channel. I was too polite to complain. 2) 4 hour trip each way to a Christian camp. Drive down was okay and we split using the CD player and driving equally. On the drive back, he insisted he have 100% control of the CD player. It was my car!!
	4:15am Spatulator (formerly elwyn5150): 3) Another 4 hour trip. This time, five of us were going to a regional show of a local Sydney band. All of us were from the same Internet forum. The three smokers resented my no smoking in the car rule. One of them was underage and an awful person. At the gig, she complained to some random drunk guy that "she felt like a slave". Drunk guy thought I was a literal human trafficker . I think wanted to kill me. I had to ask a bouncer to make sure he didn't follow us to my car.
