	3:12pm TheDerek: When I lived in Austin, there was a Sunday night rocksteady dj at this bar(which no longer exists). It was so chill, the DJ looked like a skinhead with sideburns to die for but he thought of himself as a rude boy.

I used to come to Austin a lot in the '90s when I lived in Houston and go to the black cat and other bars that were on the cool old 6th Street. But then I went to California for 14 and 1/2 years and I've only been here 10 years now living here

I never could get a handle on moderation. That's why I had to quit. It's fine. I have just as great a time now listening to great music and no hangover

	3:46pm TheDerek: ↳ RichardJ @3:41 Not going to lie, my refusal to move back to Austin afted got out of the Army was to the final blow to my first marriage. She now lives there & is miserable because it's too expensive. She wanted our old lifestyle & she can't have it now.

	3:55pm Candy-O'67: ↳ TheDerek @3:51 I'm actually glad you can't anymore, but I used to back in the day! I quit cigs a little over 18 years ago. I was only a smoker when I drank, but was still addicted to them for the first couple of years after I quit drinking when I would have an NA beer. Shows you how addictive cigs are! I was even drinking real alcohol and wanted one! I finally got through it and quit.

I was only a smoker when I drank, but was still addicted to them for the first couple of years after I quit drinking when I would have an NA beer. Shows you how addictive cigs are! I was even drinking real alcohol and wanted one! I finally got through it and quit.
