i couldn't figure out how to create it, when i tried, years ago. no adequate explanations available for people who don't speak computer. -and the free websites, at least then, were so bare-bones that your site isn't alluring at all... a photographer's site just plain white bg with images in rows, that kind of thing.
...so i paid for one, when i found a "first time" offer. it was easier to figure out, but also extremely limited... again no moving images or interactive background; and complicated to update (and slow) i wanted it to change daily, but it took way too much time.
no moving backgrounds or anything; nothing fun.
so when they tried to renew me after a year, for 2-3X the price, i let it go.

Scratch that. I do have ethics, but when I'm hungry I tend to say things that are not true AND self incriminating.

Peanut butter noodles is a popular dish at Fujianese Chinese restaurants in my neighborhood. Typically $3. Never anything special IMHO unless you go to one particular place (Shu Jiao Fu Zhou, popular and crowded) up there in Manhattan Chinatown and add soy sauce and hot sauce.

I personally experienced what I consider inedible Mexican food in NYC. I don't have any answers to the singular regional settlement patterns of Mexicans in New York City, but I do know this: Village support systems are crucial to immigrant communities.

In L.A. Latinos tend to eat with their own.

i really doubt one can absorb too much calcium from vegetables.
milk is usually the culprit, and calcium supplements. both responsible for brittle bones in later life. (along with flouride, which makes the bones more brittle)
but most stones are mostly oxalate.
1 cup of cooked spinach has something like 100X the oxalic acid as a cup of cooked kale. kale also has magnesium, which strengthens the bones. (calcium makes them brittle; magnesium makes them supple)

How to mix 2-stroke fuel

Technically speaking, when it comes to engine lubrication, the difference between a two-stroke and four-stroke engine is pretty straightforward:

• A two-stroke engine has no valve train, timing gears, cams or pushrods, so only the inside the combustion chamber needs to be lubricated. This can be achieved by simply mixing oil into the fuel.

• A four-stroke engine does have all of those parts, so oil must be circulated everywhere to keep the machine running.

PaulRobeson1924:

Unlike a car engine, one of the unique features of a two-stroke engine is that they do not have an internal oil reservoir. Instead, two-stroke engines require the owner to mix oil into the fuel at a predetermined ratio in order to ensure the engine receives adequate lubrication during operation. In this guide, we'll explain how to do that.
Two-stroke engine lubrication basics

The first true two-stroke engines (also known as two-cycle engines) were introduced more than a century ago and used to power motorcycles. These days, you’ll find two-stroke engines in all kinds of gas equipment, such as chainsaws, string trimmers, hedge trimmers and leaf blowers, largely because two-stroke engines have fewer moving parts, generate less heat and are in many ways more efficient for their size.
