	9:11am Doug C.: I bought No One Cares on CD in the "Early Era" of cd's. It wouldn't play at any volume on my player and they wouldn't take it back at the store. Later I learned that CD's needed re-mastering to sound okay from an engineer who re-mastered Andrew Oldham Rolling Stones for CD directly for Oldham. He told me he added guitar parts that were added in mastering because of the limited tracks. And I think it's still in the case un-played after 30 years.

Over 40 straight days now in this room, with just occasional overnight trips to NOLA, where we normally live. I have a regular medical appointment Weds AM in New Orleans. This past Friday, we closed on (sold off) one the two houses we've been left to clean out and deal with, after Mary Ellen's aunt died in late July. The other house we are probably keeping as a second home, and will start staying there instead of in a hotel when we come back next week or the week after, to handle various kinds of work that need to be done on that 1920s Cajun farmhouse that Mary Ellen's great grandfather had built back when they grew rice on 60 acres there. -- I should be in NOLA and available for lunch this Thursday or Friday, if you're available too...

	9:11am Doug C.: I bought No One Cares on CD in the "Early Era" of cd's. It wouldn't play at any volume on my player and they wouldn't take it back at the store. Later I learned that CD's needed re-mastering to sound okay from an engineer who re-mastered Andrew Oldham Rolling Stones for CD directly for Oldham. He told me he added guitar parts that were added in mastering because of the limited tracks. And I think it's still in the case un-played after 30 years.

Over 40 straight days now in this room, with just occasional overnight trips to NOLA, where we normally live. I have a regular medical appointment Weds AM in New Orleans. This past Friday, we closed on (sold off) one the two houses we've been left to clean out and deal with, after Mary Ellen's aunt died in late July. The other house we are probably keeping as a second home, and will start staying there instead of in a hotel when we come back next week or the week after, to handle various kinds of work that need to be done on that 1920s Cajun farmhouse that Mary Ellen's great grandfather had built back when they grew rice on 60 acres there. -- I should be in NOLA and available for lunch this Thursday or Friday, if you're available too...
