If you're ever in St. Ives, maybe stay at the Western Hotel. The room was okay. But, the hotel is in the center of everything in that small city. They have open mics, jazz, blues nights in their pub.

There's also an extension of the Tate Art Museum in St. Ives - a longtime art colony.

And, Donovan Leitch bummed around St. Ives while learning his chops.

I haven't heard Peter's latest album, yet... I will.

"San Jacinto" is one of his finer songs. And "Security" is a great slab. Eerie.

Amazing, isn't it! The only thing that could possibly date records from that era were the gated drum sounds, which ironically, he and Phil Collins stumbled upon first. Speaking of timeless...Miles!

You can't spell the New York Mets without OY. I's still a team to love and admire after their excellent over-performance this year. It's just so bitter to see injuries knock them out at the very end. There's still hope, but now they need other teams to lose a lot.
