Love that Laser Pace album. The messageboard I Love Music (ILM) had a lovefest about it starting in 2007 and revived periodically afterward: www.ilxor.com...
...including input from John Christensen of the band. The ILM thread, started by music writer Scott Seward, eventually led to the Feeding Tube reissue with liner notes by Scott.

i did not feel betrayed, because it's not about me; but i thought it sucked. i still do.
i got it (asked for it for xmas) with great excitement - and was profoundly disappointed. thoroughly cold, calculated, feelingless. i have not paid much attention to king crimson since, and would not pay to see them perform.
