Yes. The DJ said "OK, Billybob, you have to go. Your comments will be removed." And they were. And it wasn't like I started the debate. The DJ and some commenters said a few things I wanted to counter, so I joined in. There was even some other poster who used my name to make comments to try to make me sound stupid. Those comments actually stayed in place. Apparently, comments get removed based on IP address, not user name.

I was referring to a show last week. But yesterday, I was just trying to explain my side. I might've said something like it's time to reassess where the D party went wrong. But maybe I should've let you guys mourn. Maybe I was kicking a dog when it's down (not that I would ever kick a dog ;) ) But sometimes I see my side as completely misinterpreted, and get a little pissed, especially after hearing my side called fascist and Hitler for far too many years, and need to get a few things out, too.

I don't like politics.... but we need to get rid of citizens united... it allows corporations to 'donate' far too much to elections. essentially they are buying their vote. We were supposed to be a democratic republic by the people, for the people. It seems as now we only have a twisted oligarchy that the ruling class, the rich, and corporations have the power. They use division in both parties to keep us from uniting and realizing that if you were just talking with your neighbor you would have much more in common than you would think. I just hope we all survive the next 4 years and then some... *end political rant*

Played in the old-fashioned machine way we, the beam people, the Essenceland Dream people, easily divined, they told of a very different world, a transition world, if you will, between what we are now and the death and defeat these people hoped to overcome. New-metal man! It does have a ring. MODERAN! It did seem pretty great in concept, I'm sure, and, who knows, perhaps it had a reasonable chance of success. But all societies, all civilizations, all aspirations it seems must fail the unremitting tugs of shroudy time, finally, leaving only little bones, fossils, a shoe turned to stone maybe, a bone button in the sea perhaps, a jeweled memento of an old old love.

For me, personally, I do not like that part of the Trump platform is rolling back the Obergefell case which would remove my right to be married to my partner, part of it would make it extremely difficult if not impossible for friends of mine to receive the hormones they need for their transitions, and I don't feel like debating whether we have a right to exist as who we are.

Let's see... pro-Trump are racist, sexist, anti-immigrant people who think they should control women's bodies. They want tax cuts for the rich and they want to destroy what remains of the social safety net. Did I miss anything?

I went to see them at Building NYC. They got cancelled last minute. Kids were throwing beer bottles at the club. I love that cult of rage news footage. It's on YouTube what propaganda. Crazy.

Violating social norms. Rather benign way of describing mass worship of a psychopath on the hunt, and a cult of leering cruelty. Invoking the name of an invisible being to empower them in their belief that all and any action or word is permitted to them.
