Just look up reformer Pilates and you'll see what it's about

It was around the corner from us. All the bands that played at the Fillmore East also played at the Capitol. By the time I was old enough to go out, the Capitol closed.

They reuinted (the 2 still alive) and played about 3 years ago at the Solid Sounds Festival in North Adams, Mass. Man, what a weird set (I felt sorry for the band of "real" musicians that backed them up, and had to learn how to play "badly" play their tunes...)

Just look up reformer Pilates and you'll see what it's about
