	10:13am doctorjazz: I've stopped listening to FM, even when I'm in range of 91.1, just like seeing what's playing on the streaming Woof Moo app. (Sound quality may be a bit better on FM, haven't compared them, and the car is noisy and not a good place to evaluate that anyway. And I suspect the FM feed is the same as the internet feed, but don't actually know that).

I have no idea if this is at all reflective of some actual change in the tech used to create either feed or if it's just some time pocket that our apartment fell into after enough direct expose to WFMU-rays. But it's significant to me!

If I stream at home on my phone, my stereo streamer, my laptop, the sound will be slightly different different in time of arrival (I may hear it first on the laptop, then the stareo, than the phone, just a second or so). I think this has to do with the way the internet is ordered-signals bounce from center to center until they arrive, and may take different routes (my totally non-techie understanding of this).

And I suspect the FM feed is the same as the internet feed, but don't actually know that).

I have no idea if this is at all reflective of some actual change in the tech used to create either feed or if it's just some time pocket that our apartment fell into after enough direct expose to WFMU-rays. But it's significant to me!

If I stream at home on my phone, my stereo streamer, my laptop, the sound will be slightly different different in time of arrival (I may hear it first on the laptop, then the stareo, than the phone, just a second or so). I think this has to do with the way the internet is ordered-signals bounce from center to center until they arrive, and may take different routes (my totally non-techie understanding of this).
