	3:41pm danny san: Since you guys mentioned indigestion , I might mention a way of eating that certain nutritionists termed food combing. Even if one eats an all cooked food diet (which i try to stay with as close to an all raw diet as I can) The properly combined diet works like this , proteins with green vegs or starches with green vegs . Starches with proteins require completely different enzymes for each. Example: a hamburger: Bread is starch And meat is a protein, and mixed together causes (most of the time) indigestion. If you can find "The Natural Hygiene Society" It is where i got a start in 1980, and never went back to the standard American diet. thanx for the space

Even if one eats an all cooked food diet (which i try to stay with as close to an all raw diet as I can) The properly combined diet works like this , proteins with green vegs or starches with green vegs . Starches with proteins require completely different enzymes for each. Example: a hamburger: Bread is starch And meat is a protein, and mixed together causes (most of the time) indigestion. If you can find "The Natural Hygiene Society" It is where i got a start in 1980, and never went back to the standard American diet. thanx for the space
