I stumbled across Kraftwerk via this album at college, when i found a tape of it in a discount bin at the Boston Tower Records at Newbury St and Mass Ave. I don't think this cassette left my Walkman for weeks. Then it went into rotation with Numan's "Pleasure Principle." Both were kind of what I imagined the cyberpunk future would sound like from the vantage of 1988.
