The reissues of Frank's Wild Years, Swordfish Trombones, and Rain Dogs made me inordinately happy -- I'd had them only on cassette and dubbed cassette. Though I found that Rain Dogs was recorded or mixed way too quietly.

Interesting that folks loved the Astral Weeks book. I thought the use of Morrison’s title was kind of a fraud. The stuff about the early Boston scene was fun but then it sort of devolved into cults and gurus and general assholery. Not sure what I expected of it.
