A) Canada doesn’t want all of us. They have strict rules regarding immigration eligability B) they too have problems too. C) The US is fucking everything up which is going to cause problems for everyone everywhere, including us. Really, there is no way out of this geopolitical global crisis.

I spent the evening allocating my 25 supports to fmu shows, frustrated that I can;t really afford the SFL level pledge biut rationalizing the dollar a day which is less than a cup of coffee a day that I already don't buy retail. I am also in an ethical quandry; a;ready there are more shows that I would like to support than my pledge level allows, and that is without claiming any swag. I am feeling this year that I want to direct my pledges where it is needed. Last year a shoe that is fundamentally and philosophically important to me didn't reach it's goal, so I added to my pledge just for it. a few others did too and the goal was reached only a few weeks after marathon. So this year I am less inclined to pledging to the broadcast shows that I like and prioritizing the stream shows I listen to. In the larger picture it doesnt matter, all the money goes to the station, but I like to know that people are recognized. But the ethical question remains: since I had only so many shows to support, and so many DJ premiums I could claim, there were some dj premiums I wanted but felt guilty to claim since I had not supported their shows. could I have claimed those premiums without supporting the shows, or should I have sacrificed a show on the stream that needed my support to get a broadcast show's premium?

I spent the evening allocating my 25 supports to fmu shows, frustrated that I can;t really afford the SFL level pledge biut rationalizing the dollar a day which is less than a cup of coffee a day that I already don't buy retail. I am also in an ethical quandry; a;ready there are more shows that I would like to support than my pledge level allows, and that is without claiming any swag. I am feeling this year that I want to direct my pledges where it is needed. Last year a shoe that is fundamentally and philosophically important to me didn't reach it's goal, so I added to my pledge just for it. a few others did too and the goal was reached only a few weeks after marathon. So this year I am less inclined to pledging to the broadcast shows that I like and prioritizing the stream shows I listen to. In the larger picture it doesnt matter, all the money goes to the station, but I like to know that people are recognized. But the ethical question remains: since I had only so many shows to support, and so many DJ premiums I could claim, there were some dj premiums I wanted but felt guilty to claim since I had not supported their shows. could I have claimed those premiums without supporting the shows, or should I have sacrificed a show on the stream that needed my support to get a broadcast show's premium?
