	🚀 ♥ 9:16pm tom tom the pipers son: ↳ newton @9:06 yes, here goes.... next door to my ancestral home, the ex wife of the real life popeye doyle, a nyc detective named eddie egan, moved in with her parents and a bevy of kids, who all looked like real life popeye doyle and he would come to visit the kids every now and then looking like he had just taken a break from ceacking another big case..... the ex mrs popeye started going to church and after a while started meeting with father ken a young nordic looking priest with blonde hair, he would also come to the house next to me to visit mrs popeye...several months went by and father ken comes to the house collarless in street clothes...he left the priesthood and married ex mrs popeye took the kids and mov ed out to the east end of long island, kit and kaboodle...

I had been given a couple of boxes empty sleeves of their first album to bring to the gig and set up a "display" (I was a record store clerk and the Mercury promo guy didn't want to go to the gig and asked if I would take them and do something with them.) My friend and I acted out that he was stealing the boxes of "records" from me and the covers were splashed out into the audience. It was fun.
