i saw the dead four months before jerry died in tampa. at the time, it was for curiosity as i was just 19. it was fun. it took me another 10 years before got into the dead thanks to john oswald's 'greyfolded'.

I dont think I'd be comfortable with less than $4, but then I think well if 4 then why not 5? what's the conceptual leap there, and where is the sensible limit? Artists are professionals, and deserve to make money from their work, yet so many dont even cover their work expenses. not to mention life expenses
