So we roll up to the Piggly Wiggly straight from the airport to get supplies for the week. We get out of the car, and there's a crowd maybe 200 deep outside the Piggly Wiggly, and we start walking toward it, and it's like Right Stuff - style slomo as I'm running through what kind of MAGA egg-riot, FJB, madness-of-crowds nightmare we're about to walk our NYC asses into (at the *Piggly Wiggly*!). And we get up there, and my buddy goes up to this huge dude who seems to be in some kind of charge to ask what was happening -- and we learned Hulk Hogan (!) was on his way to do an in-store appearance (!!), and we'd have to go to the back of the line if we wanted him to sign our twelve-pack of Real American Beer™ (!!!). We just about faint with relief, then have to go back to him and ask if it's OK if we just go in and shop.

We were the only people in the store. We had to wake the clerk up at checkout!

The Mystic Tide are groovy. I bought a Mystic Tide CD in the mid-nineties that had more stuff than the new Numero release, "Solid Sound..Solid..Ground..." (1994). It's with seeking out, though probably the Numero version is better mastered, as Numero things usually are.

Always good to hear that! I look for nice light whenever possible, and I usually take a few alternates so I can have choices in the edit and don't have to use one where somebody has an extra goofy fleeting expression.
