Good Evening Chinn and all, I'm working while listening to your show. Yes, I caught the Orson Welles. There was also a clip from Twin Peaks. I think that opening track is from the film Magnolia. The other ones mostly lose me, except the one about the loss of mystery today sounds familiar. This opening dance track is infectious.

I have the Escape from New York soundtrack on CD and listen to it fairly regularly. It's a great mix of sound clips from the movie and Carpenter's iconic score. I saw him perform parts of his written scores with a band that included his son at Terminal Five a few years back. It was great.

One other thing chinn. Some friends of mine out in Flagstaff used to put on these forest parties back in the day. Super friggin swell. Just to relate to yr memories of dancing in fields with various animals and what not. Beautiful times. Even that one time this girl dragged me by my feet down a hill through cow paddies and cacti on acid. Hahahhaa
