Fabulous show. One reason being the face-tattooed, voluble-to-the-point-of-babbling soundman did an amazing job. I never expected to have good sound at Checkpoints but this guy was a wizard. Plus he told me to turn the guitar up--that has never happened. Crowd was great, lots of F.Q. wanderers. We got a request to come play in San Diego. I got to defuse a confrontation between two women over a non-issue. Had a nice discussion with the bartender about whether you should be open about your salary with other workers (we both say yes). And we did "Red Hot".

Not only was Derringer on Alex Jones's show, he was yet another guy who went MAGA guy after finding Jesus...of course. He also did a version of "Hang On Sloopy" for some anti-bullying campaign. Because being a Christian & being anti-bully is perfectly in line with supporting Orange Toddler Man. Yes another talented guy who joined the Dark Side. Hard to muster up sympathy here.
