Today's playlist artwork is from Rene Kita's ongoing piece, "One million faces before I die"

Rene is posting new faces numbered in the 459,000s this week.
He began posting the project on Oct. 31, 2013 with a set of faces in the 21,000s.
At his current rate, Rene expects to complete his millionth face around 2036.

Rene's original images are single faces, brushed or drawn on paper with black ink, numbered sequentially, and stamped with Rene's seal in red. Here, to begin hinting at the massive scale of this project, I have compiled ~25 of Rene's faces into animated gifs. Doing this allows me to share more of Rene's faces with you, although it has been impossible to give a representative sample.
