Is there a term or moniker for “faux-euro-reggae”? I totally lurve it. Coming of age whilst The Clash’s Sandinista! was a huge influence, & On U Sounds was blowing up, I developed an adherence to this style & motif.
I also love those Bridget Fontaine/Areski & Gainsbourg reggae motif albums!
