Each week Ed Shepp and his guests explore a theme plucked randomly from the perfume cloud over Macy's. May include (but is not limited to) talking, music, turkey sounds and eargasmic eclectitude.

Ed Shepp | Conversation 1.0 (Listen: Pop-up) | Bling | This piece was definitely in the spirit of dadaism. I got all the text for it by copying different phrases from numberless websites and mashing them together.
Checking In with 30 Caramel Butter Tea Lights (Listen: Pop-up) | text by Alan Thomas
Ed Shepp | My Name Is Bling (Listen: Pop-up) | Bling | This was recorded before I knew that 'bling' had a meaning. I just liked the sound of the word. After I'd finished the CD, I told my roommate at the time that I'd discovered bling had a meaning, and he claimed to already know. 'Why didn't you tell me bling meant something?!' I asked him that, but he said he thought I knew too. LIES! He didn't know what bling meant!
Tony Robbins | [text] (Listen: Pop-up) | Tony Robbins checks in
Negativland | The © Is for Stupid (Listen: Pop-up) | This song has references to anarchy, so it fits in great with the Dada theme.

Yaz | I Before E Except After C (Listen: Pop-up) | Upstairs at Eric's | I listened to this album constantly back in the 80s. I used to love this song.

Lind Say Lo Han (Listen: Pop-up) | This plays under Greg, but it's worth mentioning. It's an experiment within the (dada) experiment within the (radio) experiment. Basically I'm testing a tenet of my Lindsay Lohan-based religion--the idea that if you chant Lindsay Lohan's name, then it helps attract more of her fame energy into your life. It's a small part of the religion, though. If this experiment is successful, then my fame energy should build progressively everytime someone hears it. By the end of the year, I should have my own island.
Nicole Kidman | Nicole Kidman Loves to Dance (Listen: Pop-up) | Nicole Kidman loves to dance. She crazy.
Dan Deacon | (Listen: Pop-up) | How bout I can't remember the album or song name! Gak!
