Yes, I am well aware the the Record Mart is back. What a thrilling circumstance that is! I have literally hundreds of records purchased there in its earlier incarnation. Like you, I haven't been back. Mostly because my music-buying budget is going almost entirely these days to the purchase of blank CDRs.
