	12:55pm north guinea hills: Parq, i used to work for the city, it was more fun but the pay sucked.... if i left nyc, i could easily get a better paying job in the private sector, but then i would have to leave nyc... and Ike, I love GIS and cartography, i actually love what i do, i just hate bullshit i have to put up w/ while working for a bureaucracy.

	1:47pm Charlie: The only convenient thing about this heat is that I recently lost my job, so I can just sit around all day in my bathing suit, and sometimes just take a shower and sit around soaking wet. The worst though is that it's hot, and that I'm unemployed.
	1:48pm Cecile: to paraphrase Ben Franklin, cheese is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. But, Charlie, you have chicken!

	1:51pm Wendy del Formaggio: DC Pat: I love so many cheeses, it's hard to name one favorite. Right now the goat cheeses are really nice. I brought home a lovely slab of Queso Clara the other day. It's a lovely goat cheese from Spain. I still have some for when my tummy feels better.

	1:57pm Wendy del Formaggio: DC Pat: Pierre-Robert has the same type of rind as Brie, but P-R is a triple-creme, meaning it's got way more fat per dry matter. Yes, it does taste like butter, but cultured butter. A great cheese, but better when the weather is cold, in my opinion.

	2:06pm Charlie: I used to get great cheese when I was living up in Ithaca, NY after college, but since moving back to Jersey I'm not even sure what dairies are even worhth checking out. I feel like there's one up in Sussex county by my parents that is decent, but I can't even remember.

	1:47pm Charlie: The only convenient thing about this heat is that I recently lost my job, so I can just sit around all day in my bathing suit, and sometimes just take a shower and sit around soaking wet. The worst though is that it's hot, and that I'm unemployed.

	1:57pm Wendy del Formaggio: DC Pat: Pierre-Robert has the same type of rind as Brie, but P-R is a triple-creme, meaning it's got way more fat per dry matter. Yes, it does taste like butter, but cultured butter. A great cheese, but better when the weather is cold, in my opinion.

	2:06pm Charlie: I used to get great cheese when I was living up in Ithaca, NY after college, but since moving back to Jersey I'm not even sure what dairies are even worhth checking out. I feel like there's one up in Sussex county by my parents that is decent, but I can't even remember.
