  8:51pm
veles:

  8:52pm

  9:09pm
Dauragon:

BOOOO!! NANOLOOP 4 LIFE ;)
  9:09pm
veles:

timed challenges are awesome in any medium!

48 hour video game competitions should team up with 48 hour chiptune challenges and make interesting games with really good music at the same time.
  9:09pm
Akira:

YOU LACK DISCIPLINE, GENTLEMEN!!!
Greetings from cozy Finland :)
  9:09pm
vcparis:

i thought the last set was bit shifter - sorry auto da fe, i meant you rock! wait... ALL of you rock! play all night!

  9:10pm
Akira:

wtf! i missed the live sets@!@!!!!@! i thought this started 1 hour ago... friocking time zones!
  9:11pm
Esopus:

I love Nanoloop, but losing all my NL 1.2 data is a bit scare for me. I am on the LSDJ side of the DMG constituancy.
  9:12pm
veles:

Oh man I had a lot of fun with Gameboy Camera but I never got good with the music part of it. I did hell of awesome animations though.
  9:14pm
Esopus:

The most conspicuous debate is whether you are on the game culture side, or you just like to make music. I don't feel myself part of the game cuture at all.
  9:16pm
disassembler:

Yes! Play a Nanoloop track!!! DO IT!
  9:16pm
Ethan:

Esopus, you're too high-concept.. there is no "debate" in the chiptune scene.
  9:16pm
Akira:

WE WANT TO HEAR THESE PEOPLES' FIRST SCOOBYCORE TRACKS TONIGHT
  9:17pm
illmasta:

What about Carillon editor?
  9:17pm
Akira:

WHAT ABOUT SCOOBYCORE?!??!?
  9:18pm
Don:

Yes, let's talk about the Blip Festival!
  9:18pm
disassembler:

Nanovoice and Trippy-H! They may be limited compared to LSDJ and Nanoloop, but they still have their uses.
  9:18pm
Esopus:

That's why I get a life and don't spend time on the forums.
  9:18pm
knowles:

  9:27pm
disassembler:

Glomag covered Still Alive! It's awesome! :D He should play it if he has it on his cart! ;]
  9:29pm
JEAN:

Glomag is so wise...
  9:29pm
Ethan:

Also! Because square waves sound awesome.
  9:29pm
Esopus:

I have never ever really heard a bad Electroplankton track. But there's so much room for bad Game Boy/ C64/ Atari/ Amiga tracks. There's more bad chip music than there ever has been. And really that's not a bad thing either, more people making chip music means that the scene is developing more creativity.
  9:30pm
Ethan:

8bc has a ton of new albums released on their forums all the time! It's amazing.

8bitpeoples.com has a ton of great albums. Other than that, find an artist that you like and get everything you can from them.
