Listener comments!

 12:06pm GP:

Sean Daily, where are you?
 12:07pm SmokinJ:

Luv dem Fleshtones!
 12:09pm Sean Daily:

Third comment! Woo hoo!
 12:09pm Rubble:

It may be back to school, but summer isn't over yet!!
 12:12pm Jana Satana:

Thanking you for paying respects to the Roman Gods of Super rock!
 12:13pm SmokinJ:

I'll second that!
 12:14pm Sean Daily:

ANYHOO, as I was saying on Trouble's show, the ECS isn't like Medieval Times. It's more like a club for lunatics. You make your own armor and, often, your own weapons. Weapons range from cane shinai to rapiers to (blunted) steel weapons. Then you get together and whack each other over the head with these things. I'm not involved yet, but I'm looking into it. I don't know if ECS is out by you. You may have the Society for Creative Anachronism - same thing, but with different weapons and combat rules.
 12:18pm bzul:

Whoa! "Fleshtones" sounds almost like "Flintstones", then we get a song with "Rock" in the title, then a comment from - gasp! -- "Rubble!" See? Well, pull my dress off one shoulder and call me Wilma!
 12:20pm Bam Bam:

Bam Bam
 12:25pm bzul:

Oh, The "Slide" Project, uh-huh. Three Crag Mountain with Joe Berock.
 12:25pm Rubble:

Droll VEry droll!
 12:26pm Rubble:

 12:54pm Bad Ronald:

Howdy Joe, ya gonna play some Way Outs for us?
 12:58pm Joe B:

Sorry, didn't bring the flintstones cd, maybe next week. But this week it is the birthday of Sal of the Beau Brummelstones!
 1:00pm Bad Ronald:

 1:03pm Sean Daily:

I'm lovin' this Black Angels track, Joe.
 1:10pm GP:

Sean,
That sounds cool. I actually went and looked them up. I was at lunch so missed your reply by a few minutes.
Great show what I have heard so far Joe B!
 1:14pm ?:

A family walks into a restaurant
The waiter sez sorry we don’t serve children
And the father sez, that’s ok I will have the chicken
 1:22pm Sean Daily:

A priest, a rabbi and a minister walk into a bar. The bartender says, "What is this, some kind of joke?"
 1:24pm ?:

Barrom-cha!
 1:24pm ?:

A horse walks into a bar
the bartender says
sarah jessica parker
 1:26pm Sean Daily:

Q. What do you do with an elephant with three balls?
A. You walk him and pitch to the zebra.
 1:27pm Darrin:

A priest, a rabbi and a minister walk into a bar. You'd think one of them would have seen it.
 1:30pm Bob Weir:

What's the difference between a duck?
 1:34pm bzul:

Guy walks into a bar with a set of jumper cables. Bartender says, "Well, you can get a drink -- just don't start anything."
 1:35pm gumby:

Good rockin' little hillbilly tunes from Jerry Reed
 1:44pm Darrin:

Loretta Lynn's father walks into a bar. The bartender says to him "I'm sorry, we don't serve miners."
 1:45pm Parq:

Good news, gang. I'm just back from a trip to Other Music, and they've still got a stack of Wire tickets about an inch high, waiting for a good home.
 1:47pm Bad Ronald:

Thanks for the heads up Parq!
 1:48pm gumby:

Parq - when you hot, you hot! So you took your tickets and said, "Thanks a lot!"
 1:50pm ?:

funny haha, Darrin/

I want WIRE tickets.
 1:51pm trent:

this guy is awesome!!
 1:56pm Other Joe:

"Yak" like a yak and "balls" like spheres
 2:01pm gumby:

In my cube drinking water, yet with the guitar surf rock I have toes in th esand and margarita in hand! Whoo-hoo!
 2:03pm Sean Daily:

"Ah man, you call this a vacation?"
"No, Steve. I call it... TACO WAGON!"

(Obscure ATHF reference there...)
 2:11pm Bad Ronald:

Thanks for the Motorhead Man!
 2:12pm Parq:

Sean, my kid (now in college) always watched that show. After a few weeks of watching it with her, I found I was able to make out what Meatwad was saying. That scared me.
 2:12pm GP:

Lemmy!!
 2:15pm Sean Daily:

That is scary, Parq. You're probably some kind of weirdo... which means you fit right in here.
 2:16pm Other Joe:

Best Aqua Teen cameo:

Glenn Danzig, of course. He bought their next door neighbors house because it was haunted by a cybernetic ghost of christmas past from the future, who was making the walls and fountains spurt blood.

And that is why that show it awesome. Being set in Jersey, asides.
 2:19pm Bad Ronald:

I knew this set was gonna be killer as soon as I heard Lemmy.
 2:22pm Parq:

Joe, I should mention; I got to listen to your 'thon premium all the way through twice, on a recent car trip. It just might be my favorite of this year's haul.
 2:23pm dc pat:

ah! Gun Club, yer killin me!
 2:23pm Harvey:

I don't know what it's like in NJ, but top-down time is most assuredly over in MI...
 2:25pm Sean Daily:

I think my favorite ATHF is either when Master Shake goes to a mechanic for plastic surgery or when Master Shake dumped toxic waste (which can be found almost anywhere in northwest to central NJ, I used to live there, trust me) on himself to get superpowers and dissolved into a pile of radioactive goo.
 2:26pm GP:

10-4 on the Bad Ronald, also regarding Other Joes comments: Danzig would be cool to hear right now.
 2:29pm Ken From Hyde Park:

ATHF is great. Those Mooninites crack me up.
 2:34pm gumby:

Sahm time! Lest I forget - AUGIE!!!
On the premium Joe, I even got an "it's pretty cool" from Junior Gumby No. 1 on the USC version of Frankenstein. I also love to sing along to that "Find It" song, but I like to holler out "Buy Beer! I got to BUY BEER!" since that's what it sounds like they say.
 2:40pm gumby:

Maybe the "buy beer" is just fantasy on my part. No that would be "free beer" wouldn't it?
 3:00pm GP:

Free beer, free beer, free beer
 7:35pm mike tp:

i wanna be free from the man and i wanna getloaded. this crax me up always. opening cut was great.what you gonna be for halloween?
